Section 746.4507 - Must I have a telephone at my child-care center?Yes. You must have:
(1) A telephone at your child-care center with a listed telephone number; or(2) Access to a telephone located in the same building for use in an emergency and where a person is available to: (A) Receive incoming calls to the child-care center;(B) Immediately transmit messages regarding children in care to child-care center caregivers; and(C) Make outgoing calls for the child-care center as necessary.26 Tex.
