Section 746.3313 - Can I make substitutions and/or rotate the daily menus?Yes:
(1) Substitutions of comparable food value may be made to the daily menu, but you must keep a record of any substitutions made; and(2) You may rotate menus, but you must keep a record of which menu was used for each date.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 746.3313
