Section 745.9033 - What information does a letter of reprimand contain?A letter of reprimand will contain the following information:
(1) The reason(s) for the reprimand;(2) That further disciplinary actions may result from future violations; and(3) Your right to request an administrative review within 15 calendar days after receiving the letter.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 745.9033
