Section 745.685 - How long does the subject of a background check have to request a risk evaluation?The subject of a background check must submit a request for a risk evaluation within 30 calendar days from when the operation requested the background check. The CBCU will provide in a notice letter the due date by which the subject may request a risk evaluation.
