Section 554.2405 - Physicians' Certifications and Recertifications

The recipient's physician is required at intervals specified in § 554.1210(b) of Title 40 (relating to Certification and Recertification Requirements in Medicaid-Certified Facilities) to certify or recertify the necessity for continued nursing facility care.
