Section 550.311 - Prohibition of Solicitation(a) A center must adopt and enforce a written policy to ensure compliance of the center and its employees, volunteers, and contractors with Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 102.(b) HHSC may take enforcement action against a center in accordance with Subchapter G of this chapter (relating to Enforcement) if the center violates Texas Occupations Code, § 102.001 or § 102.006.26 Tex.
