Section 52.105 - Confidentiality of Information(a) A contractor must comply with applicable federal and state laws regarding confidentiality of information regarding an individual.(b) A contractor may use confidential information, including the names and contact information of an individual receiving services from another contractor, only for the authorized purpose for which the confidential information was legally obtained.26 Tex.
