Section 360.309 - Requirements for Interpreting Court Proceedings in Texas Courts(a) These provisions apply to all proceedings of Texas courts, including county, municipal, and justice courts.(b) A person interpreting court proceedings in Texas courts must hold a current court interpreter certificate issued by DARS or a current legal certificate issued by RID.26 Tex.
