Section 350.1401 - Purpose(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish a system of payments for early childhood intervention services. The family cost share system includes the collection of: (2) public insurance; and(3) out-of-pocket payments from families.(b) This subchapter also establishes procedures to determine the maximum out-of-pocket charge to the family.26 Tex.
