Section 284.101 - Purpose(a) The purpose of this chapter is to implement Texas Government Code § 531.02448.(b) The rules in this chapter must be read in conjunction with the rules and policies related to the Medicaid programs listed in § 284.103 of this chapter (relating to Applicability) in which an individual is enrolled.26 Tex.
