Section 264.105 - Application
This chapter applies to the following:
(1) an individual or LAR who elects to be the employer for services delivered through the CDS option;(2) a DR;(3) a CDSA;(4) a support advisor;(5) a service provider; and(6) a case manager or service coordinator.
