Section 259.9 - Excluded Services The CLASS Program does not provide for the following:
(1) room and board, except for out-of-home respite described in § 259.361(b)(2) of this chapter (relating to Respite and Dental Treatment);(2) special education and related services, as defined in 20 United States Code § 1401 that otherwise are available to the individual through a state or local educational agency; and (3) vocational rehabilitation services that otherwise are available to the individual through a program funded under 29 United States Code Chapter 16, Subchapter I.26 Tex. Admin. Code § 259.9
