Section 37.193 - Memorandum of Understanding Covering the Delivery of Services to Persons Who Are Deaf(a) The Texas Department of Health adopts by reference a memorandum of understanding (MOU) covering the delivery of services to persons who are deaf. The MOU is entered into between the Texas Department of Health and the Texas Commission for the Deaf.(b) Copies of the MOU are filed in the office of the Associate Commissioner for Personal Health Services, Texas Department of Health, 1100 West 49th Street, Austin, Texas 78756 and may be reviewed during regular business hours.25 Tex.
