Section 155.3 - Certain Uses of Logo or Name ProhibitedA license holder, certificate holder, registrant or provider may not use all or part of the logo or name of the Board or another governmental agency in a manner that implies that the person:
(1) is a governmental agency;(2) is endorsed by the Board or other agency other than as a license holder, certificate holder, registrant, or provider; or(3) holds a special status that the Board or other agency has not granted.22 Tex. Admin. Code § 155.3
