Section 75.6 - Mandatory Notice to Public(a) A licensee shall ensure the figure in subsection (c) of this section is prominently displayed to the public at every location where the licensee provides chiropractic services.(b) A licensee who provides services at any secondary location shall ensure the notice is visible to the public.(c) A licensee who provides chiropractic telehealth services shall make the notice available to a patient during every telehealth session.
