Section 343.7 - Gross Negligence in the Practice of Physical Therapy(a) The board may deny a license to or discipline an applicant/respondent who is found grossly negligent in the practice of physical therapy or in acting as a physical therapist assistant.(b) Gross negligence may include, but is not limited to, the provision of physical therapy which the therapist knew or should have known would result in severe physical injury or death of a patient.22 Tex.
