Section 153.1219 - Representation of Parties(a) Representatives of parties shall notify the State Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) and other parties of the representation.(b) Parties in contested cases before the SOAH may represent themselves or be represented by an attorney licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.19 Tex.
