Section 100.1073 - Disclosure of Financial Information The governing board of an open-enrollment charter school shall continuously post on the school's internet website the following information:
(1) the salary of the school's superintendent or, as applicable, the administrator serving as the educational leader and chief executive officer; and(2) the school's annual financial statement.19 Tex. Admin. Code § 100.1073
