Section 21.935 - Eligible Students for the Border County ProgramA student is eligible, if he/she:
(1) is a citizen of Mexico,(2) meets the admissions requirements and any restrictive enrollment criteria of the institution in which he/she enrolls, and(3) shows financial need after the financial resources of the foreign student and the student's family are considered in keeping with Board guidelines.19 Tex.
