Section 403.217 - Confidentiality of Mediation and Final Settlement Agreement(a) A mediation conducted under this section is confidential in accordance with Government Code, § RSA 2009.054.(b) The confidentiality of a final settlement agreement that is reached as a result of the mediation is governed by Government Code, Chapter 552.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 403.217
