Section 403.202 - Prerequisites to Suit

Subject to Texas Government Code § RSA 2260.007, the procedures contained in this chapter are exclusive and required prerequisites to suit under the Civil Practice and Remedies Code, Chapter 107, and the Government Code, Chapter 2260.
