Section 313.447 - Ramifications of Disqualification(a) If the stewards disqualify a horse in a race, each horse in the race that is owned, in whole, or in part, by the same owner or that is trained by the same trainer may be disqualified.(b) If a horse is disqualified for interference in a time trial race, the horse shall receive the time of the horse it is placed behind, plus a one-hundredth of a second, or a more exact measurement if photofinish equipment permits. The horse may be eligible to qualify for the finals or consolations of the race on the basis of the assigned time.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 313.447
