Section 313.304 - Claim Irrevocable(a) Except as otherwise provided by this section, a claim that is filed in accordance with this subchapter is irrevocable.(b) If the stewards declare a claiming race a "no race," all claims for that race are invalid.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 313.304
