Section 313.105 - Changes in Ownership(a) All entries and rights of entry survive when a horse is sold with engagements duly transferred. If a horse is sold with engagements, the seller may not strike the horse out of the engagements.(b) An entry or right of entry remains valid on the death of the nominator unless the conditions of the race state otherwise.16 Tex.
