Section 311.213 - Accident Reports(a) A licensee who observes or is involved in an accident that occurs on association grounds during a race meeting and that results in an injury to a person or race animal shall report the accident to the association.(b) A report under this section must be made not later than 24 hours after the time the accident occurred.16 Tex.
