Section 311.107 - Lessee/Lessor(a) A race animal may be raced under lease provided a completed lease form is attached to the registration certificate and is on file with the racing secretary.(b) The lessee and lessor of a horse or greyhound for racing purposes must obtain an owner's license in accordance with §RSA 311.101<subdiv>(a)</subdiv> of this title (relating to Horse Owners) and §RSA 311.102<subdiv>(a)</subdiv> of this title (relating to Greyhound Owners).16 Tex.
