Section 96.74 - Recordkeeping Requirements(a) Each electric vehicle supply provider that owns or operates electrical vehicle supply equipment available and accessible to the public for electric vehicle commercial charging transactions must maintain and preserve all documents related to the installation, maintenance, inspection, and calibration of electric vehicle supply equipment for a period of three (3) years.(b) All records applicable to this section must be provided to or made available for inspection or investigation to the department upon request in accordance with §96.60.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 96.74
