Section 90.28 - Instructor Responsibilities(a) Instructors must report, in writing, any felony or misdemeanor conviction against themselves.(b) An instructor must notify the department within 30 days of any change in the instructor's name, mailing address, telephone number, or e-mail address.16 Tex.
