Section 85.450 - Inspections General(a) Vehicle storage facilities shall be inspected in accordance with Texas Occupations Code, Chapter 51, and the inspection rules under 16 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 60, Subchapter H.(b) The department may make information available to licensees and managers regarding best practices for risk-reduction techniques.16 Tex.
