Section 74.78 - Responsibilities of the Contractor - Compliance with Plan Review(a) The contractor must comply with the requirements for plan review as set forth in this chapter.(b) The contractor must provide the inspector a copy of the approved application and plans and, upon completion of the inspection, leave a copy of the approved application and plans in the machine room, machine space, control room or control space.16 Tex.
