Section 65.212 - Boiler ASME Code Restamping and Nameplate Replacement(a) Restamping or nameplate replacement shall be in accordance with the National Board Inspection Code and this chapter.(b) Requests shall be in writing on a NB-136 form and provide detailed description and stamping information that verifies traceability to the Manufacturer's Data Report. (c) Prior to any nameplate replacement or restamping of a boiler, the owner or operator must receive written authorization from the department.16 Tex. Admin. Code § 65.212
