Section 62.21 - Registration Requirements - Examinations(a) An applicant who meets the criteria for registration set forth in §62.20 shall be eligible for a department examination.(b) A person taking an examination must comply with the department's examination requirements under Chapter 60, Subchapter E of this title.(c) Cheating on an examination is grounds for denial, suspension, or revocation of a registration and/or assessment of an administrative penalty.16 Tex.
