(a) All fees paid to the department are nonrefundable.(b) Licensed Dietitian Fees: (1) Initial application fee (includes two-year initial license)--$108; and (2) Renewal application fee (for two-year license)--$90. (c) A duplicate/replacement fee for licenses issued under this chapter is $25.(d) Late renewal fees for licenses issued under this chapter are provided under § RSA 60.83 of this title (relating to Late Renewal Fees).(e) A dishonored/returned check or payment fee is the fee prescribed under § RSA 60.82 of this title (relating to Dishonored Payment Device).(f) The fee for a criminal history evaluation letter is the fee prescribed under § RSA 60.42 of this title (relating to Criminal History Evaluation Letters).16 Tex.
