Section 6.108 - Pump Installer Requirements The pump installer shall:
(1) verify all owner information prior to installing any components of a shallow closed-loop geothermal system;(2) verify that all the pumps, tubing, and connections from the well to the infrastructure and the geothermal heat exchange system are installed, tested, and backfilled in a manner that is consistent with this subchapter and any other applicable local, state, or federal guidelines, regulations, and ordinances;(3) install all subsurface infrastructure such as loops or tubing; and(4) comply with all other applicable state regulations, statutes, and local ordinances.16 Tex.
