Section 3.51 - Oil Potential Test Forms Required
(a) A completed potential test form shall be filed with the Commission not later than the deadline for filing completion reports under § RSA 3.16 of this title (relating to Log and Completion or Plugging Report). If the operator fails to file a potential test in an acceptable form prior to the deadline for filing completion reports as specified under § RSA 3.16 of this title, then the effective date of the allowable resulting from the test shall not extend back more than 30 days prior to the date that the test form, properly completed, is filed with the Commission. This 30-day provision shall govern regardless of whether the potential test is taken during the month in which it is received by the Commission or any prior month.
(b) The initial potential test form for any new completion or recompletion must be accompanied by the well record.
