Section 12.708 - Recertification(a) The Commission may require the reexamination, training or other demonstration of competency under §12.700, §§12.702-12.707, this section, and §§ RSA 12.709 and RSA 12.710 of this title (relating to Training, Examination, and Certification of Blasters) upon a determination pursuant to an investigation of a blasting or blasting-related violation involving a certified blaster.(b) The Commission may exchange information with other qualified jurisdictions regarding the status of blasters involved in any mining exploration or mining operation regulated by the Commission.16 Tex.
