Section 12.120 - Personal Injury and Property Damage Insurance Information

Each permit application shall contain either a certificate of liability insurance or evidence that the self-insurance requirements in § RSA 12.311 of this title (relating to Terms and Conditions for Liability Insurance) are satisfied.
