Section 12.4 - Petitions to Initiate Rulemaking

Any person may petition the Commission to initiate a proceeding for the issuance, amendment, or repeal of any regulation. The petition shall be submitted in accordance with §1.301 of this title, relating to Petition for Adoption of Rules, and the APA.
