A method of reclamation other than that provided in § RSA 11.151 of this title (relating to Surface Mining Reclamation Plan) and § RSA 11.152 of this title (relating to Surface Mining Reclamation Standards) may be approved by the commission after public hearing, if the commission determines that any method of reclamation required by this section is not practicable and that such alternative method will provide for the affected land to be restored to a substantially beneficial condition.
