Section 11.134 - Uranium Exploration Permit Renewal(a) A permittee shall apply for a permit renewal by filing with the division a completed Form SMRD-3U (Application to Conduct Uranium Exploration Activities by Drilling) at least 30 days prior to the expiration of the permit term and paying the Commission the applicable fee or fees as required by § RSA 11.136 of this title (relating to Uranium Exploration Permit Fees). In the renewal application, the permittee shall describe all revisions that are proposed for the exploration activity or reclamation. The director shall issue the renewal permit based on the written findings by the director that: (1) the permittee is meeting the terms and conditions of the existing permit; and(2) the permittee has provided any additional or revised information required by the director.(b) A permittee shall file an application for renewal of its uranium exploration permit if the permittee has not met the requirements of §RSA 11.131<subdiv>(h)</subdiv> of this title (relating to Uranium Exploration Permit: General Provisions).16 Tex.
