Section 1.127 - Effective Date

A decision or order becomes final as provided in § RSA 1.130 of this title (relating to Finality of Decisions or Orders). The effective date of a decision or order is the date it is signed by a majority of the Commissioners, unless otherwise stated in the order and subject to a motion for rehearing. The effective date shall be incorporated into the body of the decision.
