(a) The officers of the Commission shall be the Chair and Vice-Chair.(b) The Vice-Chair shall be elected from the membership of the Commission for a one-year term.(c) The election of the Vice-Chair shall be held annually at the first meeting of the fiscal year. The Vice-Chair will assume his or her position immediately.(d) Should the Vice-Chair resign, the Commission will elect a successor.(e) If the Chair is unavailable, the Vice-Chair shall act in the Chair's stead.(f) If the Chair and Vice-Chair are unavailable at a meeting, the Commission members will elect, from the quorum of Commission members at the meeting, a temporary chairperson to preside at that meeting.(g) No member shall hold more than one office at a time.(h) No member shall serve more than two consecutive full terms in any one office.13 Tex.
