Section 28.8 - Activities Conducted on Shipwrecks beyond the Survey Level

Any activity conducted on a shipwreck beyond that authorized under the survey permit issued by the commission must be authorized under a separate permit issued by the commission specifically for that activity as discussed under § RSA 26.20 of this title.
