Section 25.8 - Investigations at Protected Archeological Sites(a) Investigations at protected sites will be subject to the requirements of applicable state and/or federal laws, rules and regulations and will be conducted under the direction of qualified professional archeologists.(b) All proposals for archeological investigations at acquired sites will include a detailed scope of work that will be considered for approval by the archeology division.13 Tex.
