If a borrower is engaging in any activity described in § 9.11 of this chapter (relating to Misuse of Service), the agency will contact the borrower and attempt to resolve the situation. In most cases, a warning letter will be sent stating that borrowing privileges will be suspended on a designated date if the borrower does not cease the misuse of service.
