Section 6.9 - Notification by State Records Administrator

Within 30 days of the effective date of this section, the state records administrator shall furnish a written notice to each state agency of its status with regard to the submission requirements of § RSA 6.2 of this title (relating to Submission of Records Retention Schedules for Certification) and § RSA 6.3 of this title (relating to Submission of Records Retention Schedules for Recertification).
