Section 2.9 - TexShare Library Consortium Advisory Board (TexShare Advisory Board)(a) The TexShare Advisory Board is created to advise the commission on matters relating to the consortium.(b) The TexShare Advisory Board membership shall represent the various types of libraries comprising the membership of the consortium, with at least two members representing the general public. Members must be qualified by training and experience to advise the commission on policy to be followed in applying Government Code, Chapter 441, Subchapter M, TexShare Library Consortium. TexShare Advisory Board members serve three-year terms beginning September 1.(c) The TexShare Advisory Board shall expire on February 20, 2028.13 Tex. Admin. Code § 2.9
