Section 321.12 - Reporting(a) Grant recipients shall submit to the commission periodic reports for each funded project for the duration of the grant agreement. The frequency, format, and requirements of the reports shall be determined at the discretion of the commission and specified in the grant agreement.(b) The commission, in its sole discretion and at any time, upon reasonable notice, may request any additional data and reporting information the commission deems necessary to substantiate that a grant recipient: (1) is using grant funds for their intended purpose; and(2) has complied with the terms, conditions, and requirements of the grant agreement.10 Tex.
