Section 200.18 - Reports to the Office(a) PFIs shall provide reports to the Office in accordance with the Agreement.(b) The Office may suspend enrollment of future loans of a PFI that fails to comply with reporting requirements prescribed by this Section.10 Tex. Admin. Code § 200.18
