Section 184.1 - Authority and Applicability(a) Authority for this Chapter is provided in Texas Revised Civil Statutes, Article 5190.14, Sections 3A, 5A(v) and 5C(p).(b) A request to participate in the Major Events Reimbursement Program, Events Trust Fund Program, or Motor Sports Racing Trust Fund Program that is submitted to the Office prior to the effective date of these rules is governed by the applicable rules in effect at the time the request is received by the Office.(c) The effective date of these rules is January 1, 2017.10 Tex.
